“I had an online order that was accidentally voided. I went in to get my order and was told it was ordered. Ms Mia was very nice and apologetic, she had someone help take my large order to my car, and I got a better discount. She made my experience so much better and worth the wait. Thank you!“
“We ordered some pizza online and it was taking a while so I called and I wasn't expecting them to answer but they answered right away and explained they were short staffed having only 2 people working. So I understood and they ended up coming a few minutes later and it was delicious! So the fact they were working extra hard they still brought us the food and made it delicious. He was also very nice and professional.“
“Had a large order for a work event today and Dominos employee, Graves, and his team members provided efficient customer service and quality pizzas. I was pleased with how immediate their attentiveness was to ensuring the order was complete and fresh. They were considerate of the urgency and timeliness of our work event. Thank you for the great work and customer service. Keep it up!“
“Just giving a HUGE thank you to Jason here at this dominos for going above and beyond with our order today for my daughters field day lunch.
With all of the activities going on I placed an online order to have picked up at a certain time to only realize I did NOT put in the correct pick up time for it and he assured me that everything was okay and he would help me have it out the door for them on time for lunch and he surely did make sure I brought it into the classroom on time for the kids and I couldn’t say thank you enough for him doing that for us!!
I appreciate you so much and the kiddos did as well!!
JASON YOU ROCK!!! Keep doing what you are doing!!!!“
“Domino's Pizza is my favorite pizza. the food is always fresh and hot. I have never really had any issues with them. if the food was cold they will replace it for free. or if the delivery was late they would give me a free pizza🍕❤️“
“I want to take a moment to recognize David, the manager at Domino’s Pizza – Store #10 (5133 Raeford Rd), for truly outstanding leadership and customer care.
After experiencing a few unusually poor delivery issues over my last three orders—despite consistently leaving $7 tips—David took it upon himself to personally hand-deliver my order. That gesture alone spoke volumes. This level of service is very much in character for this location, which is why those recent experiences were so surprising. Historically, my orders (typically placed between 7:00–9:00 PM, occasionally as late as 9:30) have always been prepared well and delivered hot, regardless of how busy the store was or the time of year.
Because the situation had become frustrating, I did share—honestly but respectfully—that I would no longer leave a tip until receiving and inspecting my order, simply to ensure the level of service I’ve always known this store for. I’m happy to say that the food was excellent, and David’s decision to step in personally turned the entire experience around.
Mistakes can happen in any fast-paced environment, especially with new team members in training, and I genuinely hope those moments become learning opportunities that help the staff continue to grow and improve. Strong leadership like David’s makes that possible.
Thank you, David, for taking accountability, restoring confidence, and reminding me why this location has always stood out. Keep up the great work—I guess you earned that tip. 🍕👏“
“Andrea was amazing and definitely deserves a raise! She made me new wings at no charge due to mine not having enough sauce on them and was so sweet. She also included extra sauce in the box. Amazing customer service and she needs to be recognized!!!!“
“We had some good Pizza and other things like wings, cinnamon pretzels, the sandwhiches, and pastabowls. Most all of the options there is gonna be good eats. It's better to order and go because there's no dining inside to note, just a few chairs to sit down on and wait for your food. It's not like Elizabeth's pizza down in elizabethtown though lol.
Parking: It's on the front of the plaza. All you can do is walk in and order or wait outside for takeout if you ordered it. There is no way to dine-in here.
Kid-friendliness: Not at all. Lots of traffic around, and no seats or things inside for them to do.
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is the same level as the street in some spots.“
