Domino's Pizza in Raleigh

“I earned a free, 60 point, 1 topping large New York styled pizza. Once again I had trouble with my app but Brooklyn showed me how to select pay in store. I expressed my need to limit walking and she and others said I could've called it in also. They immediately offered to bring it out . The wait time was short.

Our only disappointment is that we pay for Preminum chicken but the amount of chicken on the pizza is slim. We barely had 2 pieces on each slice. It maybe a need to write corporate. Im assuming the local site is doing what they are told.

Their hospitaliity is to be commended, especially Brooklyn.“

“If your looking for dominos this is a good location,2/21/26 sat 7:00pm, the manager working was great , there was a simple mistake and it was delivery but he got me a whole new order sent out really quick and the new food was perfect. Really appreciate this guy and service like this in general.“

“I wish I didn't live 30 minutes from this Domino's because if I were close I'd be coming all the time. Jesse will hook you up with some of the best pizza of your life. “After being treated poorly and having my order canceled at Papa John’s, I decided to try Domino’s instead. I called and placed my order while sitting in the parking lot, and just 15 minutes later it was ready - hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Great service and food.“

I fell asleep by accident after I ordered online for a pay at store order just after 11p, woke up in a panic and went down to the domino's to pickup my food with just 5 mins to 1a(closing). “Used to go to Papa John's. There's a Hungry Howies close by that my kids like but I always get Dominoes. Honestly all the pizzas pretty much taste the same to me but this Dominoes is close by and they do Curbside delivery which is the deciding factor for me. They always get my order correct. Wish the pizza was cut a bit better, though, so I don't have to recut myself. I used to always get free pizzas because the curbside service took more than 2 minutes, but not recently. They get it to my car within a minute or less.“

“Order was wrong and overcharged. Humans make mistakes. It’s how that human responds, is what matters. Mostly. This location had Austin on duty when I had the goof up and he totally went above and beyond to make it right. Really need more Managers like that!!“

“I came in for carryout, set the pizza in a bad spot in my car, and it fell off and crumpled in the parking lot. I went back in and asked if I could order a new pizza, and they said we’ll take care of it, no worries we’ll make you another one no cost. Thank you!“

“This dominoes has been my savior when it comes to late night food. I appreciate they’re open for so long.
The service is pretty great when I receive food items. However, one time I wanted to call about a question with the delivery address, nobody picked up. Might’ve been too busy or short staffed but I worked my way around it.

As for food, I usually really like Dominoes but my pizza this time around was mediocre. I had a normal pizza crust with the garlic seasoning and it turned out very plain tasting. I don’t know if this normal Domino quality and I just never noticed it before or it lacked seasoning but it was alright. I also wished the pizza was cut more thoroughly.

Other than that, the service was quick and every other time I’ve ordered from Dominoes, the food turns out great! I just hope this review is taken seriously.“

“This is a tremendous Domino’s in comparison to other fast food pizza places. Manager Matt knows the regulars by name. All the employees act courteous and friendly,
even when they seem overworked. If you order over the counter you can trust the cashier to tell you the special / get you the cheapest price. Good, honest folk I believe; this Domino’s location can trust they’ll be keeping my business going forward.“

“I'll make this short and simple, food is always amazing and I don't go in the store much so I automatically gave it a five, the only thing I really don't like is that the store fails to communicate that certain days they don't have delivery service until like 5pm, and then my second complaint is that half of the time when the store is open they still don't have their phone line set up for you to communicate with them.

Either way, food is always amazing they just need to work on those two things.“
