Domino's Pizza in Durham

“I decided to try the new Detroit style pizza, and ordered two online for pickup. They were ready on time, but when I got home I found one of the two had been made incorrectly (olives instead of ground beef). I called, and the person on the line said they could remake the pizza, or refund the money. I told them that one of the pizzas had been made correctly and they did not need to refund the entire order, but they did anyway.

I give this five stars. I wish both pizzas had been made correctly, but mistakes happen and this location did what they could to make it right. That goes a long way.

As for the one pizza that I did have, I would call it a decent Detroit style. I’ve had better in Detroit - I wish the crust had been a bit airier and more buttery - but it was a tasty pizza very much in the Detroit tradition, and would be a good option for people looking for a good deep dish pie.“

“I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 with Alfredo sauce, cheese and pepperoni the other Alfredo sauce, cheese, mushrooms, chicken and onions. Awesome! Great online deals, and when I got there, it was just just coming out the oven. And the Spinach Feta Cheese was great! Thanks“

“It was awesome! Came to the hotel across the street extremely quickly, and right to my room!! It was DELICIOUS!!! Seriously. Thank you. Is great they outsource to a call center overseas too... friendly, quick, easy, polite order taking. Very grateful. Just a plain pizza and a diet coke. Perfect! Thank you.“

“I came in to order two pizzas and asked for extra sauce on both. The tall, dark-skinned gentleman who took my order made sure it was done right. I asked if he could make sure there was extra sauce, and he actually took the time to add it himself.

I really appreciate that because I’ve ordered pizzas before, asked for extra sauce, and ended up with little to none. There’s something special about getting exactly what you paid for and having your order made correctly.

“Second time we've order from this location this month. I make sure to talk with the store directly, as in the past, the call center has butchered my order. Unfortunately, both this time & the last time they were slightly off on the orders even calling the store, but the food was awesome. I'll definitely give them another try since I know our order isn't a straight order & we change things around.“

“It’s Domino’s Pizza. Either you like it or you don’t.

When the store is busy, for some reason they tend to overbake the pizza. This seems to be a general thing with Domino’s, not just specific to this store.

Use the app, it usually has discount deals.“

I have to highlight their friendliness and patience; they go above and beyond to provide outstanding service in every respect. I want to commend and recognize this staff—specifically, a young man who assisted me today. He helped me resolve an issue with a card, and I truly admired his kindness and the quality of his service.
