“Over the weekend there was a national 50% off sale and it definitely brought out the masses! I went to pick up my pizza after the hour the tracker stated and it hadn't even gone into the oven yet. So I sat down. As I sat for the next 20 minutes, I observed a few things. 1: The staff was working their tails off! The manager asked one girl to stay because they were just so overloaded. 2: People are insufferable. SO many rude, irate customers came in demanding their pizza magically be done, but the staff and manager kept their cool. 3: Despite the chaos, it was clear that the staff genuinely wanted to make everyone happy. I just wanted to give the team kudos for making it through the chaos. However, it is clear from my experience and reading other reviews that there is an efficiency issue. This is something that should be handled at the top. Develop contingency plans for major rushes, sales, short staffing and train train train. You guys have the heart. You just need better guidance.“
“Crazy busy during Final 4 playoff, totally forgot and teenagers placed an order for pick up. Staff was drowning in orders but showed true team work. Drivers helped between delivery, I waited 20 minutes and watched them work like mad and never once complained.“
“My husband and I ordered some pizza from Domino's Pizza on S Horner yesterday April 13, 2023 between 3-5pm. The Pizza was so delicious we just about ate it all. The next day over we woke up and had the rest for Breakfast (I ate my pizza cold and it still tasted fresh, that's how good it was). I had to call and thank the store for doing such a great job. The new Manager seemed very kind and appreciative. Thank you again Domino's Pizza on S. Horner for pizza that taste like it was made with love and care.“
