“I enjoy coming to this location, they keep the seating area very clean and the staff are all very polite and helpful. As with any Jersey Mike's, the food quality and freshness are amazing. The assembly station is always clean, and the staff putting the sandwiches together do a great job. When the staff is speaking to you from behind the glass, they are loud and clear, making it easy to hear them when completing your order. If you are on 95 near exit 59, I definitely recommend you exit now and stop in for a hot or cold sandwich 🥪“

They had no less than 11 customers come in only 10 minutes before closing, but had positive attitude the whole time. They never once seemed overwhelmed, and kept a very professional and customer friendly demeanor about themselves. Each employee was working swiftly although never leaving anyone to feel rushed. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and heard other customers talking about how they were handling their business to have such a big rush at the very end of the night. “Jersey Mikes is the CLOSEST menu to what I used to get when I was in NJ and I am now able to get it here in NC. Raeford Road is my favorite location. I am not sure exactly what it is but my food is ALWAYS fresh and never disappoints( I believe its the bread that is always fresh which makes the sandwich that much better) The staff is always friendly and professional.“

“I hadn't never visited this location before but I had great customer service. I bought the Chicken Chipotle sub with provolone cheese, lettuce, mayo and Chipotle sauce. After purchasing my sub, I ask for extra Chipotle mayo. When getting home, my sandwich was loaded and it had too much mayo. That made me mad and I didn't eat my sandwich which I paid too much money to throw away.“
