“I have been eating Jersey Mike's subs for over 7 yrs and my favorite one in Fayetteville is off of Boone Trail. I was so excited to get one closer to me by Traemoor, but this one is nothing close to the Boone Trail one. You don't get as much meat and cheese, the breads are always skinny looking and crushed. It's not worth paying 35 dollars for 2 sandwiches and they have dried out meat. It's not as juicy and flavorful at all. I am so disappointed bc this one was so close to me. I have been here numerous times and just said it is probably bc they are new. Well they aren't new anymore and they are still this way. They still got 2 stars from me because it's usually ready by the time they said it would be on the app. Not a happy customer.Update: No one follows up at this restaurant with the bad reviews. That's such a mega downfall of any business that deals with customers and providing great customer service. Anyway. It has been a while since I have been to this Jersey Mike's. My husband wanted a quick dinner so we decided let's try it again so we did Thursday, July 27th. Whomever made the sandwiches this time did a much better job. Still not as good as Boonetrail, but that's because they are way more generous with their meats, veggies and cheese on their sandwiches. You truly get what you pay for there. I am glad that our sandwiches were better though, gives me hope that one day they can be just as good as Boonetrail. I even gave another Star so they are at 3 now.Update #2 Getting closer to Boone Trail! I am enjoying my sandwiches more now. Practice makes perfect!“
“First time coming to this Jersey Mike's on this side of town. I must say the store was immaculate down to the restrooms. The employees were nice and I was greeted when I came in the door. Everybody was working together. They were not stingy on the meat and everything was fresh. Keep up the great work. I will be returning. Oh and did I mention they had a 99 food grade?“
“I love the food here and the quality of fresh vegetables. It’s been clean every time I’ve been here. Prices are slightly high for subs so I only come once every month or two. My only gripe with this place is the employees don’t seem happy.Vegetarian options: Veggie subs or saladsParking: Small parking lot but maybe 20 spots. Plenty for this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs“
“Anytime I ever go to the one on yadkin road, it is always a great experience. I always go in, but this time I did a to go order. Joseph was really nice, patient, and polite when I had a difficult order. I appreciate his patience, and can’t wait to order there again!Vegetarian options: Vegetables were very fresh!“
“I came in 20 min before close and they were cleaning so i felt bad. I know what it's like to have to dirty the grill at closing after a good clean. But, no complaints, so professional and great attitude. Always quality service and food at this location.“
“Sandwich is always good. (#9) I'm amazed at the fact that their lettuce is always fresh, no brown spots and not wilted. The workers work as a team. While one was making my sandwich, the other worker heard me ask for banana peppers and jalapeños on the side and he got them ready and kept the flow going. Great team work! I am always satisfied when the food is fresh and the workers have good work ethics.“
“Thanks to Jonnett .. I apologize if I spelled it wrong. She was awesome .. answered the phone at a good timely manner and took my order .. sandwich was perfect. She even brought me out my sandwich and took my payment because I had two sleeping babies in the car. Very understanding and great customer service! Will be coming again. Thanks for choosing a great worker for your company .“
“I'm in town visiting and this is by far the best service I've had in 4day. Wonderful team work! Great job! Thank you so very much The young man that made sure my sandwich was gluten free was a gem. I don't have words for how great this staff was....“
