“I just had to come on here and leave a review because every single time I go to Jersey Mike’s, the experience is top tier and a big part of that is one of their employees. There’s a young woman who’s always there (pretty brown skin, glasses you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about), and she truly makes the BEST hot subs every time. Like no exaggeration, she does not miss.

She’s always so attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell she actually cares about what she’s doing and wants customers to leave happy. Even when it’s busy, her attitude stays positive and professional, which is rare to see. That kind of consistency is exactly why we keep coming back and why we make sure to tip her every time.

On top of that, the whole staff brings good energy. The environment is clean, welcoming, and just overall a good vibe. But she really stands out and deserves recognition for the way she goes above and beyond.
