Everything looks clean! The employee who made my sandwich, Cody, made it really delicious. I am a regular customer and every time I come I know exactly what I’m getting.“

“Shout out to the guys working at Jersey Mike’s in Matthews around 1:30 PM on May 27, 2026. It was only two employees running the entire place, and when I say they were WORKING, they were working! The line was steady, but they moved fast, stayed organized, kept great attitudes, and made sure everyone’s food was correct. Nobody was standing around complaining because they kept things flowing smoothly the entire time. Honestly, I was impressed watching how efficiently they handled everything with just the two of them. I hate that I didn’t catch their names because they definitely deserve recognition. Great customer service, hard workers, and a great example of teamwork. Jersey Mike’s — those two guys deserve some praise!“
