“What stood out to me about Prina at Jersey Mike’s wasn’t just that she did her job well, it was how she carried herself. Calm, focused, steady even when it got busy. She moved between making subs, handling online orders, restocking, and keeping the counter clean without missing a beat. When she made my sub, she paid attention to every detail and even checked that everything looked right before wrapping it. The station was clean, the food was fresh, and the service felt genuine. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and people like Prina are the reason customers come back, not just for the food, but for the experience.“

“Just ordered. Names Luke. The guy with curly hair and glasses / tattoos took my ordered. He asked everyone in there if they were having a good day and if they had plans, etc…. I wanted to come on here as I’m still driving in my car to let everybody know that they need to come to the Monroe Jersey Mike’s if they want a good interaction and good food. I had to order that was messed up the other day and this guy took care of it. He also took care of me tonight super quick.. And of course it’s around closing time too! Five stars my guy“

Cooper Hamrick was moving like he had equity in the place — slicing, wrapping, calling orders, probably solving world peace in between. Dude works like the sub depends on it.

“Lately Jersey Mike's has been letting us down on serving size and staffing, but never this location. All three members of the crew were friendly and quick-working, especially with the little crowd.
Shout out to the lovely young lady that asked every single guest how they are, while staying on task. It was clear by the guests' reactions, how rare this is nowadays.
Additional shout out to the young man that made our subs and has been there for years! He laughed along with us through our nonsense and had a great attitude.
And finally the young lady stocking the chips that let us pick ours before hauling the shelves off to restock.
A little effort goes a long way and these three deserve to hear a little kudos!“

“The Manager at the Independence Location is THE BEST!! She is ALWAYS pleasant, personable and warmly professional! I made a delivery order through the app and received something different than my selection. When I spoke to The Manager, not ONLY was she was kind AND concerned; she made it right! “This is a big deal. My daughter came in with her dad the other day and asked for a gluten free sandwich. She came home and told me that no one anywhere ever has gone as above and beyond as your staff did. She said they took the time to wipe everything and take extra care for her safety. Most places think you should just be happy you offer gluten free bread! As a Mom I cant thank you enough. This will now be our regular location. If someone from the location sees this please provide an email address for corporate. Im a shout it from the rooftops when happy customer!“

“I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to do that nor did I ask. I thought taking that extra step was great customer service, even though I was the person who messed up in the first place.“

“I saw online that Jersey Mike’s has gluten free bread, so I had to try it. Extra special THANK YOU to Kevin who, not only asked if I’m gluten free for preference or allergic because he would’ve wiped everything down and got a new knife if I needed. He also went so far as to make me a custom sandwich *I’m gatekeeping the sandwich 😁* I really appreciate the, above and beyond service! ❤️I also love the gluten free snickerdoodle cookie!“
“I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I’ve been there the same young Man making the sandwiches welcomes me in the door like I’m walking into his kitchen. His customer service skills are superb and he makes a mean sandwich. This young Man is awesome, his customer service skills are awesome and his sandwich making skills are top tier! Great experience.“
“oh my god Ive been going to jersey mikes for 5 years and its never tasted this good. whatever crew was working at 4:30pm on sunday may 17th just give them the whole store and let them run it. Every component of my sub was perfect. The bread, the bacon, the steak was just exceptional. Props to those boys! The cashiers customer service was exceptional as well. WELL DONE JERSEY MIKES“

“My Italian sub is always fresh, tasty and made to my liking. I always order using the Jersey Mikes app and just pick up at counter then eat in the restaurant. Restaurant is clean however some of the tables need leveling. One customer spilt his drink all over himself due to an unleveled tall table near window. Please fix as this can be a safety issue held against you. Staff very friendly!!“
