“I had to leave a review because Unique provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was managing a constant stream of customers, yet she never seemed rushed or overwhelmed. She handled every order quickly, accurately, and with a genuine smile on her face.

Even while juggling multiple customers, she remained friendly, patient, and professional, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and her positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable.

Today, I was in for lunch and got the best Philly I’ve had in a very long time. The crew was so friendly and seems to be having an awesome time working together. They jokingly said they were a dysfunctional family, and worked perfectly to get everyone’s order out with a smile. Alisha the manger, was an absolute hoot!! Her personality is so loud and bubbly. Will be coming back very soon.

“Lately Jersey Mike's has been letting us down on serving size and staffing, but never this location. All three members of the crew were friendly and quick-working, especially with the little crowd.

Shout out to the lovely young lady that asked every single guest how they are, while staying on task. It was clear by the guests' reactions, how rare this is nowadays.

Additional shout out to the young man that made our subs and has been there for years! He laughed along with us through our nonsense and had a great attitude.

And finally the young lady stocking the chips that let us pick ours before hauling the shelves off to restock.

“Had arguable the best Philly cheese steak EVER today. So good. Usually they overload it all with peppers and onions and no cheese like places like ehem (Charlie’s cheese steaks) and I came in expecting a good Philly cheese steak I’d be content with but I left wishing I died on the drive home so in heaven I could eat this again without getting full. PERFECT vegetable to cheese and meat ratio and the crème soda there in the heat of the sun was ascending. To whoever made my sandwich, I could assassinate all of your enemies by my own hand. “I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to do that nor did I ask. I thought taking that extra step was great customer service, even though I was the person who messed up in the first place.“

“I saw online that Jersey Mike’s has gluten free bread, so I had to try it. Extra special THANK YOU to Kevin who, not only asked if I’m gluten free for preference or allergic because he would’ve wiped everything down and got a new knife if I needed. “oh my god Ive been going to jersey mikes for 5 years and its never tasted this good. whatever crew was working at 4:30pm on sunday may 17th just give them the whole store and let them run it. Every component of my sub was perfect. The bread, the bacon, the steak was just exceptional. Props to those boys! The cashiers customer service was exceptional as well. WELL DONE JERSEY MIKES“

“I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I’ve been there the same young Man making the sandwiches welcomes me in the door like I’m walking into his kitchen. His customer service skills are superb and he makes a mean sandwich. This young Man is awesome, his customer service skills are awesome and his sandwich making skills are top tier! “My Italian sub is always fresh, tasty and made to my liking. I always order using the Jersey Mikes app and just pick up at counter then eat in the restaurant. Restaurant is clean however some of the tables need leveling. One customer spilt his drink all over himself due to an unleveled tall table near window. Please fix as this can be a safety issue held against you. Staff very friendly!!“
