They honored the free sub by giving her a coupon and were very patient and understanding through the whole ordeal!! They give you a very generous portion of meat and everything tastes fresh. “I placed a catering order for a Saturday evening, meaning to pick it up on Friday evening. Scooter, the manager, and his guys got my order put together, no questions asked, in less than twenty minutes even though the mistake was entirely mine and they were quickly approaching their closing time. Kudos #1!
I needed a receipt for said order and forgot to grab it from the store when I took the food to go. Needing that receipt for an expense report, I reached out about a month after the fact. Scooter took his own personal time to communicate clearly with me and track down the receipt. Saved me a big headache! Kudos #2!
