“This was off the Jake Alexandria location. Sandwiches were delicious with lots of meat. The Deli Clerk and Cashier was exceptional, professional, courteous, friendly in helping us with our orders. All sandwiches were prepared in a timely manner. Thank you! Please keep that great spirit you have. We need more workers like you!“

“The staff at this location is stellar! DoorDash driver stole my order today that was for our whole imaging department (over $100!). Called and spoke with a staff member who told me they couldn’t help me. Called DoorDash who said it was Jersey Mikes problem. Then called the manager on duty, Andrea. She had already called my husband (whose acct I had used to order) and was actively trying to make the situation right. She apologized to me when it wasn’t her fault and not only remade the sandwiches, she delivered them herself! She delivered them straight to me and wouldn’t hand off to anyone else. She was so helpful and nice. I wanted to hug her when I met her! Definitely go to this location if you want amazing staff, a sandwich done right, and great customer service!“
