Slow and incompetent staff !
The people who work here act like someone took their birthday away. They’re slow, messy, and not careful about making sure gluten free is actually in a gluten free area with GF utensils.
A 19-minute wait for a “Mike’s Way” sub that somehow arrived with neither Mike’s Way nor much enthusiasm. Staff seemed more committed to checking their phones than checking the order, and the food came out missing toppings.
For $19—a medium sub and a bag of chips—I was expecting lunch, not an endurance test.
At this point, the manager may want to consider a new career path, and the rest of the crew could probably use a full reboot....read full review
