Got in line to order only to find out it was the line to pay. Got in the correct line and placed or order. Altho the staff asked how I was and said have a nice day, it was about as 'I really didn't care' as it could be. After placing our order, which they made right on front of us, we got in the second line to pay. 5 minutes later, we finally paid and got our food (after it's been sitting there making friends with all the other orders). The staff was nice but seemed like they didn’t want to be thereThey ran out of rice by the time we got to the front of the line, and they said it would be available in about a half hour – for a Chipotle-like place, I would have thought they would be making rice as they went / saw it was running low

Easily the healthiest food option in Charlotte Airport, not sure why the low rating. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff. In the main concourse which is bright and spacious as far as airports go.
