Service is too slow and disorganized for an airport. Line barely moved for 15 minutes and I witnessed multiple order mix ups before I had to find another place to eat.

Took 30 mins to order 2: sandwiches and receive food. They called my number (58) along with a couple other numbers, including 68. I went up and saw only one sandwich, so I mentioned my order number and said there were supposed to be 2, and they informed me that was the other order and mine wasn't ready. . After that I waited as other orders after mine were called. After a while I asked about mine, and it turned out it had been sitting back there the whole time since they first called my number. To add insult to injury after all that, the food was disgusting. Borderline inedible. WAY too much mayo on one sandwich, so it got all over the paper and the outside of the bread, making it super messy to eat. And the bread itself wasn't fresh for either sandwich. We both threw away over half of our sandwiches. The whole experience was disappointing enough that it's gonna be a long time, if ever, before I order Jersey Mike's again. I'd recommend ordering from anywhere but here if you have to grab a meal in the special corner of Hell that is CLT.

The bread was stale and inedible so I had to do my best to eat the meat and cheese by itself. Staff seemed stressed and unhappy. Avoid.

One sandwich came with almost nothing on it. The other was missing the Mike's way topping which I asked for. The bread was stale. Such a horrible representation for jersey Mike's subs.

28 minutes for 1 turkey sandwich. If you are in a hurry for your flight, choose literally anywhere but here. Poor pilot waiting behind me almost missed his flight.

Paid $22 for a 6in sub and water only to end up with massive stomach issues. Service was crappy, sub was bad, price was bad. Exceptionally poorly managed.

Horrible experience.. waited for 20 mins or more and had to leave without sub as they were having fun instead of making subs.. I wasn’t the only one walking away.. not surprised they barely have 2

Order took over 30 minutes so we had to ditch our 2-sub order before we missed our connecting flight after a stressful long day. The service was extremely slow and confusing and there were people waiting and disappointed as well. Thought they’d step their game up but it was the worst experience waiting and watching staff work slow which seemed almost on purpose. Lost 40 bucks so wouldn’t miss a flight, never going there again.

After waiting in line forever which is to be expected I was given a Philly Cheesesteak that was sopping wet… never have I ever had such a disgusting sandwich from a Jersey Mike shop and I visit there locations all the time. I hear them start discussing with each other of how they need to stop making them so wet because other customers have complained and then another guy starts to say that’s how they should be. No, it should not be sopping wet and disgusting… they did give me a refund but it’s irritating that I wait in line forever just to get sass about my sandwich when it wasn’t done right. I would have waited had I not needed to board a flight in 10 minutes and just waited what felt like 20 minutes

Horrible. Employees are bickering with each other and dancing instead of making sandwiches - and the line to order is about 15-20 people long. F word every other word out of the employees. Then the manager comes back from a smoke break and loudly chews them out in front of the crowd. Im watching them touch their face and stick hands in the trash and then make sandwiches without switching gloves. Only 3 items on the menu available but you won't know it until you make it to the front of the line. Waited 25 mins for my sandwich and wish I'd never come.

20+ min wait. 1 employee cutting meats, 1 tearing papers, 1 messing with a TV screen for 10 min, 1 eating, and 1 walking from the back to front to grab a cigarette placing it in his mouth in front of the entire line. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Poorly managed.

It's been awhile since I've been here but the service has dropped off dramatically. They are overwhelmed and can't compete orders in a reasonable time to service the passengers coming thru. Orders are taking 20+minutes and there's no process organization and they appear to be short staffed. The line was 20 deep and they can't get it done. Very disappointed. Raise the prices and hire more people. Thanks JB. ?
