Jersey Mike's customer service is outstanding. Grade A! We placed an order through Door Dash and they delivered to the wrong address and the delivery driver was beyond rude. When I called Jersey Mike's and explained to them what happened they not only remade the order without charge, the manager actually delivered the order instead of having us pick it up. Absolutely impressed with their customer service. Well Done Jersey Mike's!!!
Had a pretty large order for my job, after getting back we realized we were missing a few things so I went back to get them. They had forgotten to give me some stuff but not a big deal at all. However they refused to make a sandwich they had missed and said that everything was good on their end. Frustrated, I got back in line to just buy it a second time. Order online and order says it's ready but still waited for my order for 20mins. Beware this location does not honor the online order merits. This is the 2nd time that this has happened.
