I just wanted to stop by and say how Welcoming, Kind and Pleasant Jay and Daffney were.
Customer Service is just as Important as the Food. This use to be my FAVORITE FireHouse, but I had to go to a Competitor because of an EXTREMELY Rude Employee here. I see that there have been some Changes and I will be coming on a Regular Basis again 😍
The restaurant and the restroom was clean and my food was Delicious. I am ecstatic!!!

Firehouse Subs Northlake Mall offers a great pizza meatball sub, with fast and friendly service. Customers enjoy the Hook & Ladder, piled high with smoked turkey breast and honey ham, topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese. The meats are fresh and flavorful, and the steam-melting makes the cheese hit just right. Lettuce, tomato, and tangy deli mustard and mayo add to the classic and satisfying sub. Quality is key, with care put into stacking. The Bacon Turkey Ranch is also a favorite. While some customers enjoy the BOGO special, others have experienced slow service and inconsistent sandwich quality, with one instance of a BLT missing the "L" or "T." Limited parking is available in front of the store. Despite occasional issues with staff and service speed, the restaurant attracts customers with deals like the "name of the day" promotion.
