Good evening to you all. I did not know how to start this review, but after what happened on 02/16/2024, I feel like I need to write this because I am appalled by the behaviors of the employees who work at this location. I placed an order on the Chipotle app for my mother so that she could have some lunch for her and a friend at work. The pickup was scheduled at 5:20 PM and my mother arrived around 10 minutes later. Wish all locations ran like this one! They are quick, give good portions and have all the items available. Other locations need to raise the bar. I drive right past another location to eat at this one.

Extremely rude workers . Food is old and can’t tell you how long anything has been out . When I asked the employee she didn’t know no one in that store knew . Even the new guacamole was brown coming out the refrigerator with plastic
