The food was cold so I brought it back and was told I ordered a while ago (3 minutes ago) then I was givin a half full box of fries for asking for fresh food.
Every time I go to this location I wait at least 20 minutes for my food. I work nearby so the location is convenient, which is why I have been going to this here for many years now. For as long as I can remember I wait on average 20-25 minutes for my food, and today, I get a cold burger with a hard bun. From now on I'll be driving East to the Davis Lake location. I decided to give this Wendy's location another try but the Drive Thru was backed up again with the lobby closed!! Rather than spend valuable time waiting in line just to be told at the window that they're out of Frosties or cookies, I decided to go across the street to Chik Fil A where the Drive Thru line was moving at a fast clip. I do believe I will not ever come back to this Wendy's location. I'm DONE!!!
