I've been coming here for a few years and it's pretty consistent except for the occasional missing chicken nugget. Lots of traffic and long drive-thru wait times after 4pm due to mall/highway proximity. I Recommend using the app so your wait isn't as long.
We stood in front of the register here for 8 or 9 minutes and were totally ignored before we left
