A lot of places around the Northlake area have terrible service, but this place is prob top 2 for sure. They never have any food. The employees are childish and unprofessional...since they never have any food I made it my point to ask them what exactly they have....since they never have anything and I was told that the Manager said I couldn't be serviced. Just a terrible location...they need new management and to re evaluate their hiring strategies... Just a mess.

I went here at like 1am and went through the drive through. It was kind of an inconvenience bc they made us DoorDash but they said their system was down so that’s understandable. But after we doordashed it for pick up; the food was actually really good plus the service was quick and pretty good.

The older darker skinned manager is a misrepresentation of what you guys stand for. He’s aggressive and charged at me falsely accusing me of something I didn’t do. He’s working today, 03/26/24 at 9:39pm.Please seek professional assistance

I waited on a 10 piece nugget for 30 minutes and when I did get them they weren't even hot. However they did give me a huge frosty and a cookie for my wait. I'm just glad I wasn't in a hurry that particular day.Parking: Parking all around building and it is free. Plenty of parking for how busy they are.

I placed an order on the Wendy’s app for delivery today. The store is supposed to close at 2am and my order was placed well before the specified time. They told the driver they ran out of crispy chicken therefore, they can not fulfill the order which was after making the driver sit and wait for a while only to say they ran out after the fact. Then another driver was on their way to the store after the first driver left not knowing what was happening because the store failed to cancel my order. I had to call Wendy’s support and they tried calling the store as well. They could have instantly canceled the order. I wish I could have another location to order from however, they are the closest and it was preset to them. I will not be ordering again for a while because that is poor customer service. What frustrated me the most is that they wasted my time from ordering from another restaurant instead of just being straightforward. I called the store three times and they ignored my calls and only communicated with the driver. This is not the first time I had a issue ordering delivery from them. They once gave the wrong order to my driver and I ordered about three meals so imagine how upset I was when I received the drinks I ordered with one meal in the bag which contained bacon, it was not even the same burger I ordered. The driver said that is what they were handed which was someone else’s delivery order. If you do not like working fast food, it is common sense to go to college and earn a degree, no one is forcing you to be there. Either go to college or do something you enjoy doing because you make other people have bad experiences because you have this I don’t care attitude and I don’t want to work attitude.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s location on the planet! They are so slow. I honestly think they take an order, make and deliver it to the drive thru customer BEFORE taking the next drive thru order. I’ve given this location at least three chances when I’ve had to give up and drive away because I waited so long and the line DID NOT MOVE AT ALL. I just drive off. It’s definitely not fast food, it’s not even slow food. There is rarely more than two people working and they act like they are on vacation.

THIS WENDY'S SHOULD BE CLOSED!! They're always understaffed, the lobby is never open, the drive-thru lines take too long, and food deliveries take double the time they should. Close this restaurant until it's properly staffed.

Late night, 2/17/24, at 1:30am. Awful. I don't understand why the GM/ owner would allow people who hate their company to work there, be all alone there, & in charge there. When people who hate Wendy's or have no respect for Wendy's work there they do the worst job ever, disrespect customers, don't clean, probably use their phones while making food, and close early and get super mad at the last customer for intruding on their closing the store 30 min early.I didn't wrinkle the wrapper in the picture. That's the employees handy work.

Wasted my lunch time to come here .sign says dining open but doors locked.Not sure what's going on but Wendy's going downhill many locations don't have employees or becoming run down

Terrible. This location never has had good service. I waited in the drive thru to not be served. No one addressed me on the speaker or took orders. When I drove by the front again I didn’t see anyone in there. I watched 3 cars drive off before me.
