My favorite Jersey Mikes in the Charlotte area
My Italian sub is always fresh, tasty and made to my liking. I always order using the Jersey Mikes app and just pick up at counter then eat in the restaurant. Restaurant is clean however some of the tables need leveling. One customer spilt his drink all over himself due to an unleveled tall table near window. Please fix as this can be a safety issue held against you. Staff very friendly!!
Second time I’ve been to this location and they’ve forgotten a whole sandwich off my ONLINE order! As much as I love eating jersey mikes, this is constantly putting a sour taste in my mouth! The online ordering system is supposed to be convenient for the business and the consumer. SHOULD cut down on simple mistakes like that due to the fact that you can READ THE ORDER!!!! no mistakes.
