“I left a bad review on the White Oak location, so I am going to leave a good one here. I have ordered several times from this location and have gotten nothing but top notch food and service. The staff is friendly and they always make the best subs and are accurate with the orders. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered from the White Oak location, and they totally messed up my order and on top of that I can get no response from anyone to make it right. Kudos to this store!“

They give you service with a smile, accommodate your requests without a problem and have the most pleasant demeanor. Please give them a raise as they deserve it. “The customer service I received at the Jersey Mikes on Bratton Dr in Clayton NC was the best service I've ever received! I placed an online catering order of 2 sub boxes for our work luncheon last minute with only a few hours to spare. Jersey Mikes was able to accommodate my request and had the order ready at my requested pick-up time. They even included plates, napkins and condiments for the sandwiches. The lady employee at the store even carried my order out for me to my car. This location was the best Jersey Mikes location I've ever been too. I will definitely be coming back. The store owner / operator really cares about this store! The employees were all really nice.“
