“This was for a lunch before the Feed the Hunger Packathon at Hayes Barton Baptist Church. Katie was great to work with and so was Casey. Casey was prompt in delivering around 80 subs to the church and setting them up. He was professional and pleasant to work with. He made the lunch event easy and very good!!“

“Came in 11 mins before close n wanted a quick bite to eat , only problem was the guy that was making my sandwich was being lazy and asked if i wanted American cheese other than provolone because he couldn’t get the plastic wrap from around the cheese 🙄. Other than that service was decent n my sandwich was good.“
“The two young men working at the Jersey Mike’s Subs on Duraleigh Rd in Raleigh tonight, were exceptional!! We came in at 8:55pm, 5 minutes before closing (expecting to be turned away). They said ‘come on in!’ and proceeded to make a giant sub for my brother who’d been looking forward to it all day. They were cheerful and pleasant and we couldn’t have asked for better service. If I could give this place 10-stars, I would!! The sub sandwich was delicious too, per my brother. Thank you so much!!“

I surprised to know that as a GM he was along side his staff preparing orders. He didn’t boast about being the GM. In conversation I found that he was. “I stopped in last Sunday March 1 at lunchtime. I have celiac and ordered the GF medium roll with ham, cheese, etc. I realized afterwards that anything GF is a massive PITA for them, but they happily obliged by wiping everything down while a line of customers were waiting. The staff handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed. Something as simple as watching a small group work well together like this team is inspiring. Very friendly and pro staff.“

Mid March 2026 - Stopped in for a quick bite the other day. I think they were training a new employee. This should not be during lunch rush. Took me almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich and I was third in line.
On top of that one sandwich no chips no drinks cost me $23. I didn't get a receipt and didn't pay attention on my way out but saw the charge the next day. I don't have a receipt and no way to refute it. Lesson learned. Pay attention get a receipt, there's always someone out there trying to scam or steal from you.
If your management at this Jersey Mike's reach out. I'm not happy and no one I know will eat at the store. (ETA Thanks for reaching out and making this right.)“

“This location has some of the best customer service of any chain I have been to. I usually order online and pickup in store. When I arrive, I am greeted and always given an update on my order. The staff is friendly and helpful and they seem to have great communication with back of house. The food is always ready quickly and to my order.“
“Delightful experience. Watched them make the roast beef sandwiches and buffalo chicken wrap. Chicken was made to order on flat top grill and beef was sliced then from roast using deli slicers. Everything was quality and fresh. Food prep employees were friendly and professional, especially David (who took my order and sliced my beef). He helped me through my decisions and even asked about my day!“

Everytime you go you get points... then you accumulate them for free medium or save more for a large one. I just used mine and got my medium for free. Love the club!“
