“Great sandwiche. Easy to find location. Friendly employees. Made the sandwich quick and to my request as well. Make sure you sign up for points too. Everytime you go you get points... then you accumulate them for free medium or save more for a large one. I just used mine and got my medium for free. Love the club!“

“This year we started to do business with Jersey Mike for our Lunch Program and we are so pleased with their team. Their team helped us to serve 500 students all year long! “We always love coming to Jersey Mike's after church. This week they had a regular chicken salad sandwich on sale for $9 which is pretty attractive. Though the signage also shows the sandwich sitting alongside chips and drink so I thought it was a full combo. It is not. It's just for the sandwich which I guess makes sense but the posters are definitely misleading. Otherwise this store has amazing service and a clean environment.“

“Seems like this JM location may be able to go for a bit of a sustained run here. Off to a good start but not trying to come in and hear smoove grooves and jams and rock some vertical bed shuffling music while I'm ordering my sandwich or having lunch.

Very small dining room so it's definitely catering to the buy and go crowd, if you prefer just to sit and eat right away.“

“I had to take a moment to write a review. I visited a Jersey's Mike off Peace St in Raleigh NC. I visit this location from time to time and I must say each time I have had a great experience! The store is always clean and the staff has always been great. We live in a very mean world and people can be very mean dealing with the public so I wanted to take a minute to say thank you Jerseys Mikes for a consistent customer service at this location. I have don't remember all the names of the employees but I had an interaction with Justin and he was such a nice gentleman and was very polite and kind. Dealing with customer is never an easy job, hats off to those that work in the the restaurant industry and provide great service!“

“The two young men working at the Jersey Mike’s Subs on Duraleigh Rd in Raleigh tonight, were exceptional!! We came in at 8:55pm, 5 minutes before closing (expecting to be turned away). They said ‘come on in!’ and proceeded to make a giant sub for my brother who’d been looking forward to it all day. They were cheerful and pleasant and we couldn’t have asked for better service. If I could give this place 10-stars, I would!! The sub sandwich was delicious too, per my brother. Thank you so much!!“

Katie Wright and her team were beyond amazing! Our resident event went so well that we had residents asking if there was more food that they could take or if we would do an event like this again. “All I have to say is that Hunter the GM is amazing. He suggested a Philly cheesesteak and it was great but here’s the thing he made it! I surprised to know that as a GM he was along side his staff preparing orders. He didn’t boast about being the GM. In conversation I found that he was. “I hate that some people have had a bad experience. I’ve been to this location about 10 times, most of which were online orders. I’ve never once had an issue. I’m always greeted when I enter and all the employees I’ve encountered have been very nice.“

“Had a giant sub supreme and a can of pop and it was fantastic. Amazing amount of meat, lettice, cheese etc. Helped me choose with ideas and opinions of their favourites. So friendly and welcoming as I stepped through the door, greeted me with frindly banter. Nice and clean, bar for soda machine spewing its guts out by the other door, but that cant be helped if the machine is playing up.“

“I stopped in last Sunday March 1 at lunchtime. I have celiac and ordered the GF medium roll with ham, cheese, etc. I realized afterwards that anything GF is a massive PITA for them, but they happily obliged by wiping everything down while a line of customers were waiting. The staff handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed. Something as simple as watching a small group work well together like this team is inspiring. “This location has some of the best customer service of any chain I have been to. I usually order online and pickup in store. When I arrive, I am greeted and always given an update on my order. The staff is friendly and helpful and they seem to have great communication with back of house. The food is always ready quickly and to my order.“

“Delightful experience. Watched them make the roast beef sandwiches and buffalo chicken wrap. Chicken was made to order on flat top grill and beef was sliced then from roast using deli slicers. Everything was quality and fresh. Food prep employees were friendly and professional, especially David (who took my order and sliced my beef). He helped me through my decisions and even asked about my day!“

“We just had Jersey Mike's Falls River store cater a lunch for us. I have to say this was THE BEST experience ever!! The staff were incredible and so helpful. If you ever have a large event I highly recommend calling Jersey Mike's Falls River store. Shout out to Steed the manager and the delivery person who brought our box lunches to the Campbell Lodge at Durant Nature Park!
