“As an OCD customer, I asked the ladies politely to clean the slicer machine. The older lady surprised me and did more by removing and washing the blade and the cutting area.I thought that type of customer service was gone, I left the largest tip they had at JM.I'll be back !“

“My wife and I made a carry-out order here after finishing church today. This was my first time ever ordering from Jersey Mike's, as I am originally from the North. The team was very friendly, and treated us well, making us feel welcome in the establishment despite a very busy lunch hour for them, they reassured us that after church rush hours like that are the norm. We were given a delicious lunch, and I highly recommend their tuna sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo added to it on the parmesan bread. I will certainly be back.“

“I kind of just recently found this spot and they were right across the street the whole time, lol anyways. I definitely enjoy the convenience, the cleanliness of the store and the delicious fresh ingredients! Now, if only we can get the employees to smile just a little bit. :)“

“Food is always good. Employees are always friendly. Rarely run out of ingredients so you get what you order. Love Jersey Mikes and this one is no exception. Only ding is it's not a great place to eat - seats are hard and it's freezing but we usually get our subs to go so it's not a big deal.“

“Eat here often and it's always great. Today was especially impressive. Clearly the A-Team was working. A first responder came in for lunch and they immediately got her order going so she could get back to taking calls. She was very appreciative and commented how they always take great care of her. “I have celiac disease which means I’m severely allergic to gluten and any cross contamination with gluten will cause a bad reaction for me. This specific jersey mikes is the best at accommodating for me. When I ask for gluten free bread they always ask if it’s preference or allergy. When I let them know I have an allergy they immediately clean everything off, change gloves, and use a separate knife. At this point I visit so frequently that some workers remember my exact order when I walk through the door and always clean everything off for me. I feel so safe eating here and I’ve never felt sick after. Today the lady working made me feel so safe as she cleaned everything off and let me know she didn’t wan’t me to feel sick!“

“The staff are so friendly, I went on 02/29/2024 around 12:45(lunch rush). I had placed an online order for a club sub that came out perfect and quick. Jahnna, D and Isaiah are the crew for sure. Give them a raise or promotion or something. ? That's what you call absolute grade A customer service. Thanks, I'll definitely be back a lot more, seeing as I work in the area now. ???“

“Yesterday I ordered a giant #7 (Turkey) for dinner. We don't eat Pork so I asked them to cut Turkey on a clean blade and they were very accomodating. They didn't allow any of counter or utensils to touch my food either. Each person there was helpful and kind to me and accommodated my requests.Vegetarian options: Small menu for vegans.Dietary restrictions: They accommodate for allergies, gluten dietary and even religious (no pork).Parking: It's in a shopping center.....lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.An employee had her daughter sitting at a table watching her phone while she finished work.“

“Tori and her team always do a great job. I had a fairly large call-in order for a family get together today. Called it in around 10 to pickup around noon. Walked in at 12:10, and everything was all done, packaged nicely, and labeled for easy identification. Great customer service, per usual. Well done JM Olde Raleigh!“

“Easily the best Jersey Mike’s shop in the Raleigh area. They’re well-staffed with professional and skilled team members, and each time I’ve ordered there, they’re very generous with their meat and topping portions. I don’t mind paying a bit more for an an excellent sandwich, but it feels great unwrapping a sandwich that feels worth it’s price. Will always go out of my way and drive the extra miles to pick this store!“

“The people who work at the Jersey Mike's at Wakefield Commons have always been pleasant and efficient. Some staff are especially welcoming, which is nice. The food is pretty consistent, but it really depends on who is making the sub. Sometimes the ratio of the oil, vinegar and seasoning is a little bit off. But overall, I appreciate the food and staff, so I have continued to visit this particular location for over 6 years.“

“If you are looking for the freshest cold cut meats or a hot steak n cheese sandwich. You need to pin ? this site. For starters, the Associates had clean clothing, and I observed them changing their gloves and keeping the counter clean and free of food debris. ? That was a major plus you know. Nothing worse than going into a place and the odor hit you walking in, or the Associates with dirty clothes. Big turn off no matter what their rating might be. I can surely recommend this site and encourage you to go by when you're in their neck of town. Lastly, you need to take this to heart, share the love ❤️ with whoever you are near. “I stopped for lunch on a hot summer day. The food, a grilled portabella mushroom & swiss sub was both hot and tasty, but by far the best thing about this place was the air conditioning (which happened to be blasting that day). i also ordered soda to drink. The service was OK. Overall, a fairly good fast food place.“
