Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular lunch spot known for its excellent customer service. The staff, particularly Imani the GM, provides a great experience every time. Many customers appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the team. The food is great, and the restaurant is clean and efficient. Families with kids often enjoy dining here. However, there have been some concerns about staffing issues, with reports of the restaurant being crowded and dirty at times. Additionally, some employees have been seen without proper hair covering. Despite these issues, the staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free options and attentive to customer needs. The Italian Sub is a favorite among visitors, and many plan to continue returning to this location.
