Bad customer service. discrimination against certain customers
It's a bummer when you get food to go and drive 20 minutes home to find your drink and sweet potato fries are missing from the order, then no one answers the phone. Arrg!!
Today my husband, dad, and son went to WOB in Fayetteville, NC. To eat lunch (they like their burgers) and enjoy some unique beers.
They entered the restaurant for lunch, a football game was on with a small to medium size group of people involved in watching and were loud (my Dad suffers hearing loss and my husband recently retire 23 year army vet can’t hear as well and wears hearing aides) so they ask to go outside, it warm but a nice day.
