“Before Ms. Lore came, I had come to Popeyes and waited almost 40min for a one leg kids meal. Not only was the wait long but the Customer service was horrible and that was about 5 months ago. I finally decided to come back to give them another shot and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was I greeted once, but greeted three times, by different employees including the employee sitting on their break at the table. Just that alone was a turn around for me. Walking into a restaurant feeling welcome, I don’t mind waiting for food. Ms. Lore has completely changed the atmosphere in that place and it’s more than appreciated! He obviously has to promote them strawberry biscuits as part of his job, but it didn't disappoint at all especially when they just had opened and it just came out of the oven. “Listen someone needs to know about James. His customer service is A1. He’s smiling he’s very patient and informative. He took the time to let me know about the app and the scan Bar at the bottom of the receipt. I even observed to see how he would treat the customer behind me and he didn’t disappoint. She had never been there so he gave her samples so that she would pick something she liked, explained the menu and told her about the app and gave her some kind of brochure. He again was just as nice to the customer after her. He is such a breath of fresh air and I will look for him when I return. The other cashier was nice too. Not sure of her name but she wore glasses and has red at the ends of her hair. She was very nice to her customers as well. I don’t mind spending money but I look for great service as a business owner stress this to my employees as well!Class act cleaning professionals if you ever need commercial cleaning ok a shameless plug . “I read reviews that it was very good. It is. This will now be our go to for fried chicken. The coleslaw and potatoe salad were both mayonnaise based and tasted ok. I am not big on sweet flavors so it was too sweet for my taste. We also tried the pound cake. It was also very tasty.“
“Every single time you place an online order it provides you a time frame that it is available for pickup and yet I still wait for them to make the order it wouldn't be so bad if we're able to drive through to pick up the order but you have to get out of the vehicle and go inside and stand there and wait what sort of customer service is this“
“The restaurant is kept very clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Food came out very fast, even though they had a line. They worked hard and moved fast. The salad was delicious, I also really enjoyed the new shrimp! Chicken strips were flavorful and so juicy! Loved the hot honey mustard dip. They fries could be a little more crispy! None of us were fans of the fried pickles or the egg rolls. They have the good crunchy ice?“

“That was the best time after months ,long story short ,I when back to this restaurant after 9 month to be exact ,first they where closed ,the pandemic and my surgery ,and all take me back here this ladys give me a great welcome ,they remembered my order in deteil ,I explain them I when in surgery ,and my draving partner acctually passaway do to covid this ladys where more hart broke than I can't belive possible ,that make me understand we all are human with feeling I miss my partner and he will be happy to know this lady remembered him ,there food was freah great like always can ask any better thank you ladys for give me one sunny day after months“
