KFC is a popular place to enjoy a meal with quick and efficient service. The staff are friendly, respectful, and make customers feel welcomed and cared for. The food is hot, tasty, and offers good value for families, including popular options like chicken littles and spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The restaurant is known for its top-notch service, with employees and managers who communicate well and ensure customers are satisfied. Customers often receive their orders in just a few minutes, and long waits are handled with fairness, such as offering drinks or compensating customers. The manager, Deonte, is praised for fixing problems and providing excellent service, making visits enjoyable. The food, especially the hot wings, is consistently good, and the cleanliness of the establishment is notable. Overall, KFC on Cliffdale/Raeford Road is highly recommended for a satisfying and friendly dining experience.
