Always ordered from here and unfortunately the last couple of times, the customer service has severely disappointed me. There’s been issues with answering phone calls or quality of customer service. Sad to see my favorite spot disappoint! Pizza hut and door dash partnering up as been the worst idea honestly, my food is usually cold by the time it arrives.
I ordered online for curbside contactless pickup. I love that I'm able to track my order from start to finish but upon arrival after tapping the "I'm here" button, I waited almost 15 minutes before having to go inside. By the time I got home, my whole order was just about cold. Another thing, the address for online ordering does not match the actual address.
