Went to order dinner. Pulled up to the drive-thru and saw that they had livers and gizzards as an option. Was super excited. Ordered the livers with two sides and a biscuit. They came fresh out of the oil, they were cooked perfectly and I was beyond impressed! Not too many KFCs still carry or sell fried livers and or gizzards. Going back to try the fried gizzards. Staff was pleasant!
Every time I go to this kfc they never have crispy chicken available I always have to wait. This time they said 16 minute wait. I waited almost 45 minutes. But they got my order right and the food was hot. This KFC's customer service sucks and waiting time is aweful
