“I’m not sure how o never been, but OMG Taglios. I stopped and note to self, don’t stop hungry again lol. Got a full roasted chicken with two sides and a sales. The service was wonderful, best chicken I’ve had in pretty much forever and the sides were delicious. The sprouts could have roasted another 5-10 minutes but still yummy. Not sure why the line wasn’t out the door or how I’ve missed this for so long but I expect to be a regular when in Southern Pines for sure!“

“I finally got to try Chicken Salad Chick after seeing it all over TikTok, and it absolutely lived up to the hype!! I’m from the Northeast, so we don’t really have Chicken Salad Chick up there, but I was on a road trip through the South and decided I HAD to stop while passing through North Carolina.

Oh my gosh. Genuinely some of the best chicken salad I’ve ever had. 😭 Everything was SO good, the chicken salad, grape salad, mac & cheese, the little cookie, even the whole pickle! I also got the peach tea mixed with lemonade and absolutely loved it.

The restaurant itself was adorable too. Everything was super clean, cute, and honestly just so girly and charming. 😂 I loved the whole aesthetic. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, everyone was welcoming, and it was just such a nice experience from beginning to end.

I’m genuinely sad we don’t have Chicken Salad Chick up north because I would absolutely become a regular. 😭 Such a memorable little stop on my road trip, and I’m so glad I finally got to try it. If I’m ever traveling through an area with another location, I’m 100% stopping again. 10/10! 💕“

“Live Smithfields but the quality of the chicken has lessened. Split instead of full chicken breaks and tenders are now little tenderloins. Taking a break from here for a while until food prices get better for everyone. Been disappointed the last 3 visits.“

“This is the most friendliest restaurant my cousin and myself have been to. Aaron is a great manager!!! 10+++ for him. The employees liyah, Braylin, Mari, liyah, Braelen., and Aubrey had great personalities and made this restaurant a very friendly place to eat!!! They all deserve kudos for their excellent customer service! Service with a smile goes a long way! You should be very proud of this crew that worked on Thursday evening, June4,2026!!! “Plenty of hot food options. Best durn tater wedges around! Prices are fair and the owner (I assume she's the owner) is always pleasant to deal with with a big smile. "Would you like something to eat? ?" The gas station itself also has a few good options for drinks, snacks, etc.“

“The girl that they had working at the window is extraordinary customer service, and did a great job fixing my order on short notice. She also gave me a large sweet tea even though I paid only for a small because she was about to have to pour it out anyway, so that was very nice and I wanted all chicken legs and they were only one leg short of what I needed, but she suggested that I get a leg and crispy instead of original because they were out of all of the original. So I was happy that she suggested that because I wouldn’t have thought to ask for a leg and extra crispy. I just assumed that they didn’t have any legs at all when they said she was out to begin with! Their food was fresh. Their service was fast and their employees were very kind and professional. These kids deserve a raise. They were doing an extraordinary job! Most people you see they work in fast food have a terrible attitude because they hate their job. So it was very refreshing to experience something different!“
