“We stopped in out of curiosity..the place is bright and welcoming. We ordered an Italian to go. Just. Oil please, mayo is not Italian! To us there was no taste. I expected more flavor from the Italian tomatoes but they were marinated in oil only.the pickles are delicious though similar to Firehouse. Only a chip“

“Excellent service and amazing food! I ordered on-line and inadvertently selected the wrong location. I called that location to cancel the order and was told they couldn’t help me with the refund. I assumed I would spend the next several days in a battle to get my money back. When I arrived at the Southern Pines location, Jason T volunteered to help me get my refund. He went above and beyond! Because of him I had a fantastic experience. Well done 👍🏽! Food was great as well“

“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“

“Live Smithfields but the quality of the chicken has lessened. Split instead of full chicken breaks and tenders are now little tenderloins. Taking a break from here for a while until food prices get better for everyone. Been disappointed the last 3 visits.“

The employees liyah, Braylin, Mari, liyah, Braelen., and Aubrey had great personalities and made this restaurant a very friendly place to eat!!! They all deserve kudos for their excellent customer service! Service with a smile goes a long way! You should be very proud of this crew that worked on Thursday evening, June4,2026!!!
