“Hannah was super ? I don't eat pork and was happy to have an option for beef brisket. They have a variety of BBQ sauces to suit your pallet. I cooked the brisket plate w/ potato salad and coleslaw. Next time I'll choose another starch bc the potato salad wasn't to my specific taste. However overall I enjoyed my meal and I'll be back!!“

“This an example of great customer service despite a bad experience. We live about 30 minutes away from this location. We had passed through on our family trip to the dentist. We ordered to go for a bird dawg, wings, a side of carrots, a cheeseburger with fries, garlic sauce on the side, and mac n cheese with carrots. However, we ended up missing several things. One side of the carrots, the garlic sauce on the side, the fries to go with the cheeseburger and a spoon for my child to eat his macaroni with. We couldn't afford to turn around to come back. I spoke with an employee named John and then a manager named Donna. They offered us both food credit and a refund. Even though this was a great inconvenience, their customer service as well as the food we did receive being very delicious, has caused us to still highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Visiting from Minnesota. Friend put in a larger order for her family & mine as take out. The restaurant didn't make my 30 piece family order. I looked at the bags I thought it was all in there but I've never been to Zaxby's. When I got to my friend's house they said my order was missing (theirs was complete).“
