“The two cashiers that were working on 1/20/24 around 5:30pm. We’re both professional and customer oriented. They were working as team, both were constantly telling people their sorry that wait is long. Desire (i hope i spelling it correct) she had a rude customer complaining to her that thin crust was expensive for less food. “The food is good and my order is always correct. The people working don't really talk to you unless you force it which I do. If not then they would just look at you and hand you your food without saying a word. So the customer service is pretty bland. Not good nor bad.“
“Ordered second time and I've come to conclusion, they don't make it like New Dorkers do. Still good, just smaller pizza with thicker crust and hardly cooked pepperoni and some of the thicker crust area hardly cooked dough. Maybe Papa John's corporation can send shoo owners up to Patchogue Rt 112 shop to learn how to make it better and they can come back and teach employees.“
“When I went to get my food via drive thru, I was greeted with a lovely smile by a young lady name Sanaii. Give this girl a raise because she was sweet and respectful and understood my needs as a customer. She went the extra mile. Because of her, I will do another drive thru soon. Keep hiring the nice ones.“
“The food has never disappointed. Wait times given online through their website (and doordash) give unrealistic times for when food is ready. This usually only has happened on the weekend for me. If it says 30 minutes expected wait time, expect it to really be an hour and a half. Other than that, it's a good wingstop and the people up front try to be reasonable and courteous. There's probably a disconnect with the cooks or something regarding times“
“My family and I were looking for some goodT food and we DEFINITELY found a gem at this spot. We ordered baked turkey wings, fries, fried okra, Mac and cheese, wangs (garlic parm, hot honey and sweet chili). And some cornbread. We also had sweet tea and a "mystery punch". Let me tell yall, this food was near PERFECTION!!!! I could tell that the food was made to order (with the exception of the turkey wings) as it was very hot, fresh and the fries were hand cut. Wing flavor was spot on; Mac and cheese was some of the best I've ever eaten. Turkey wings and gravy were good but for my personal taste, I would have liked if both were a bit more seasoned. Owner was the kindest soul and customer service was Surperb ??. If ever I'm craving so good home cooking and don't feel like making it myself, I will definitely make the drive out to this place. Yall do yourself a favor and give them a try!“
“It's the last day before Christmas weekend and I'm wiped out from a hard work week. I needed some breakfast and stopped in. I was greeted by a kind smile and friendly conversation from Edna, at the register. She made suggestions to help me save on my purchase. I mentioned the iced tea was getting low and in about 5 seconds a guy came out with tea. I had a special order and they accommodated me happily and made it easier for me. I looked in the back and saw everybody working well together, fun and friendly toward each other and the guests. This Bojangles should be an example to all. If there is a spirit of peace this place has it. Thank you to Edna and everybody else!“
