“The two cashiers that were working on 1/20/24 around 5:30pm. We’re both professional and customer oriented. They were working as team, both were constantly telling people their sorry that wait is long. Desire (i hope i spelling it correct) she had a rude customer complaining to her that thin crust was expensive for less food. She handled it well just smiled and even took the customer nasty behavior in stride showing amazing composure.Thank you management for hiring two amazing employees that still know old fashioned customer service“

“I have been following this place for quite a while. My kids and I ended up here by accident tonight and I’m so glad we did. Hands down one of the best meals of our lives. We got pasta and pizza to share along with the caprese salad. No pictures because everything was inhaled immediately. My kids are picky eaters and don’t rave about food often but they were as blown away as I was. The staff is extremely friendly. The service was phenomenal. Felt like we were eating with family. I have lived in Italy before and this felt so familiar. I would run to this restaurant and tell everyone about it. We will definitely be back and often.“

“We live really close by so we often go to this place and I've only ordered a few things from the menu like the wings but they've been delicious! Especially the chicken buffalo dip. I love the bread pieces that come with it.

“I love the pizza here. It tastes like the rest of the chain of Domino's Pizza. So no issues there. However, why didn't they cut my slices correctly? When I got home I had to cut my slices myself. I ordered five pies because I was having a small gathering in my house and I had to actually sit there and cut the slices. That part I did not like the food was good. The customer service experience in the store was good, however, I don't think you should have to cut your own pizza“

“Primo has the best pizza in Fayetteville. I love the stuff pizza and plain cheese. The pizza crust it freshly made and Amazing!!! The customer service is just as Awesome as the pizza. I ordered the lasagna and it came out great! My wife order the chicken parmigiana with the marinara sauce and she said it was very good. As our appetizer we got the fried mushrooms which were hot and fresh with ranch. Overall a great dinner and a lovely evening.
