This Review is all about the customer service skills of Christie!!! Pizza Hut has made major changes to their ordering systems which has caused me to no longer order by phone. When I waked in and asked about specials Christie informed me that all specials are ONLY available online. I advised her that I no longer visit Pizza Hut in Florida because the customer service is handled in another country. Pizza Hut used to be the place I would avoid at any cost. Then one day we decided to give it another try and the wings and pizza had changed exponentially. I would say that it changed so much that it’s definitely our go to anytime we want pizza delivered!
