The person I talked to said to give it 3 to 5 days for my refund to process, I called back and they were gonna send my information to the regional corporate manager and the manager Rahjge ended up agreeing to send me some pizzas out instead, Hella good customer service would definitely recommend this place, the manager is solid for customers, don't hesitate to call them about something getting messed up, be respectful they'll get you taken care of!“

“I have been following this place for quite a while. My kids and I ended up here by accident tonight and I’m so glad we did. Hands down one of the best meals of our lives. We got pasta and pizza to share along with the caprese salad. No pictures because everything was inhaled immediately. My kids are picky eaters and don’t rave about food often but they were as blown away as I was. The staff is extremely friendly. The service was phenomenal. Felt like we were eating with family. My honest review of this pizza, the sauce has an excellent taste, crust is nice and thin and crunchy where it counts, not overdone and baked in an old school oven which I love. One thing I will make note on is the cheese, I think it's just the brand that's being used is on the cheaper side and makes it a little rubber-like. Though I understand in these tough times for businesses and just about everyone that you have to save where you can. Does it ruin the pizza? no. “You know I love this pizzeria. I am from New York and I've been in Fayetteville for a year and I do not like to get pizza from the big pizzeria chain restaurants because they use too much bread and it doesn't have that authentic flavor. I'm used to spending $10 or less for a big pizza pie. I am a delivery driver and a rideshare driver and I have been all over the town and have yet to find a pizzeria that can meet my satisfaction until I found Dinos!
The pizza tasted great. I loved it. I ate the whole pie by myself which is one of my guilty pleasures. I was so satisfied that I stopped back at the store to tell them how much I love the pizza. The people in there are great. For an extra large pie I only paid the $10 pickup price and I was so happy to be able to get the flavor that I like at a price that I like.
They are in the area where they can charge much more if they want and I must say that the workers there were very polite and warm and friendly and I absolutely am going to go back and eat another whole pie to myself and make that my new thing.
