Great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Ritch. I needed help correcting my order, and he handled it right away with no hesitation. Patient, helpful, and professional the whole time. I 100% recommend Ritch and this Pizza Hut.
1st time ordering from here, ordered through the app and food was ready just a couple mins after I arrived. Store is very small, take out only and had a clean bathroom.
There is a man named Richard that runs the front of Pizza Hut. This man gives excellent customer service he is always friendly efficient and makes me happy to come into Pizza Hut every time I walk in the door. He's absolutely outstanding employee and I'm so glad you have him there!

Pizza Hut offers a range of pizzas, including the New Yorker style, but some customers found the quality lacking. One customer received a pizza with missing toppings, while another found their cheese sticks to be mostly bread. Despite these issues, the employees were polite and professional. A special mention goes to Gunner and Burlynn, who were recognized for being kind and helpful while managing the store. Another customer praised the wonderful service from an older gentleman who always has a positive attitude. The restaurant's cleanliness was questioned when a customer saw pizza pans on the floor. Overall, Pizza Hut's customer service was praised, with one delivery experience highlighted for its kind gesture towards a customer’s kids. However, some felt the food did not meet expectations.
