“Food is always good. The steak and cheese sub is my go-to. The cookies are always stocked up an amazingly fresh especially the raspberry cheesecake. Stop by you won't be disappointed

Parking: Their parking lot is a lil smaller but there is always an open spot you just have to be an experienced driver to get in sometimes

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely has a spot for wheelchairs to access the building an has handicap an van accessable parking“

“Today I visited my local Hardees and was faced with such disappointment. Typically I would let this go but today I’m making an exception. I entered a very empty restaurant. Meaning no customers and no hospitality either. The restaurant was so empty that two of the employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones. Another employee walked in as I was walking in. I went to the bathroom which I think should have given them ample time to prepare for a customer. I went to the counter and I was left standing there for more than a minute to place my order. That’s not really when I have issue. My issue is that none of the employees acknowledged that I was standing there. A simple “someone will be with you shortly” would have been just fine. Each of them entered and had to pass me (on the other side of the counter) to get to the back. Then when the employee that was working the window came to take my order she just walked up to the register and never once asked if she could take my order. This is customer service at its worst. If I didn’t want my hot dog so bad, Hardee’s would not have gotten a penny from me. Highly disappointed.“

“Came by here after shopping at Food Lion. It's been a while I had KFC. Went through drive-thru, ordered their 3pcs. Chicken box meal with 2 sides. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. My friend ordered their BBQ chicken tenders, a side of LARGE fries and 4 extra biscuits. When we got to the window, I asked to make sure they gave me extra crispy chicken, and they did. We double checked our order, and I see they gave us 2 mashed potatoes and a regular (small) fries. Friend didn't want to go back...I told her I paid for what I want not what they gave us. So I went in and told them their mistake, staff was nice, apologized and gave me a Mac and cheese, and large fries. She told me to keep the extra mashed potatoes and small fries. I'm impressed, the staff was not rude nor argued with me about their mistake. Now that's Customer Service! I gave them 4 stars because their chicken were too small guess everyone's cutting back on portions but charging us a whopper of a price!!“

“The McDonald's is clean and the employees were all working on the food, the customers, or the cleanliness of the restaurant. The restrooms were clean and everyone was friendly.

Parking: The parking lot was clean and was easy to use.“

“Chick-fil-A has never been my favorite chicken, but you can't beat the staff at these places! My kids love to go and I'm happy to take them. Never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A, and this one is no exception. Great work guys!“

“I gave KFC5 stars because they accommodated people in the best way. I attended a robotics meet.. there was a lot of hungry people, the drive-through line was wrapped around the building, they were so friendly, attentive, and had not one attitude! PLUS they served grilled chicken my favorite; we don't have grilled chicken anymore in Raleigh. I was so over the moon. Thank you you guys; you did a great job this past Saturday kudos to you!“
