Awesome staff!! I came through the drive thru during the lunch rush. The young lady, Bria, at the window was so friendly but utterly professional. I tasted the Pepsi, and I think the syrup was running low. She exchanged it for a Mountain Dew no problem. She was very nice and quick about it. Bria is excellent in her position!!!
I really enjoyed the buffet the chicken was juicy and all the items I got on the buffet were fresh. The only recommendation I could give you all Is regarding adding some Chicken tenders to the buffet for the people who do not want to eat chicken on the bone. I am one of those people who don't mind chicken on the bone but It would be a nice option for people who don't.
Grilled chicken (breast and wing) and two orders of green beans helped me stick to my low-carb lifestyle. Very good!

Some have had great experiences, noting friendly service and helpful staff, including the manager, who has gone above and beyond to assist customers. However, there have been mentions of poor service in the past, with some feeling that the experience has declined, especially regarding the buffet and certain meal specials that are no longer offered. Despite this, many customers still know where to come for a satisfying meal, claiming this KFC is the best one in the area.
