Super Friendly staff! Great Subs!
I love Jersey Mike’s. The food is always good. I did have a bad experience at the new location in Tramway though. I did an online order for curbside pickup. I arrived 5 minutes before the time it said my order would be ready but went ahead and checked in. I sat in my car for 15 minutes and no one brought me my order. I went inside and it was sitting on a rack. The employee was very apologetic and said they are short staffed. I understand, but why offer curbside if you’re unable...read full review
We've ordered take-out from them multiple times and the food is always ready on time and made exactly as ordered (even when I have special requests). I'm a big fan of the Chicken Cheese Steaks - delicious!
