“Cierra usually takes mine and my daughters order at the drive thru and she is so kind! She always has a positive attitude and speaks to my daughter every time. She is also very patient with my daughter who likes to order herself. Much better than the other McDonald’s around who are usually rude and impatient.“
“We went on a pretty busy morning and the employees were all very calm and collective, still making sure to acknowledge all their regulars despite what a huge rush they had! Our food was hot and ready in no time and the play area was kept up and very clean.“
“Since McDonald’s has been rebuilt, I only have little complaints!! Got the most part, food has been up to satisfaction and customer service has been excellent!! I was disappointed in the customer service that I received during my prior visit to the store before this morning! There was an employee that kept her back turned to me the entire time, as I stood at the pick up counter! She stood leaning on the rack facing the kitchen, I’m assuming the manager, a older lady with a green safety vest and her were talking and the older asked me was a picking up a door dash, I responded “no, I ordered off the app”, she quickly snapped I don’t have anything! A younger employee, wearing a foot boot, came from the back and approached me, I showed him my order! He promptly figured it out and said it was marked drive thru, he said “may I please take this back here so we get the order out to you correctly!” Very polite young man!! He quickly returned with the printed ticket and informed Me that, when ordering on the app next time to mark pick up window or drive thru!! Very helpful and very kind young man!! A as I stood waiting, the same female employee continued standing in the same spot until a older lady came in and something was missing from her order! I believe it was 2 pies, the female went and brought back two pies but not what the customer had ordered and stated that “These are we have right now! I don’t worry drive thru, I work front counter!” Still yet to interact with at all and see proceeded to go towards the register and then sat down in front of the register!! Meanwhile everyone else is working! It just bothered me too not even be acknowledged by a employee and then to hear her tell another customer she only works front counter and she then goes and sits down but yet the young man that assisted me, came from the back took care of my order and he’s working with a boot on his foot! I have worked in the food industry many years and I’m very big on proper customer service and she really needs to improve hers!! So maybe management should pay more attention and push how to interact and greet customers!!!But to which ever employee on 8/17/23 @ 9:07am made my Carols Caramel Iced Coffee, w/espresso, 2 creams, 3 equals, extra ice, extra caramel and Whip Cream, oh yeah and the caramel drizzle-Y’ALL DID THAT!! STARBUCKS’S WHO? That was the best iced coffee I’ve had in a very long time!!! So thank you!!!!“
“ALEX has really changed this store around. He gives excellent service and it seems his workers do a great job listening, I come here often and I stopped for a while because the other manager here had terrible service and a terrible team but Thanks to ALEX we can continue coming back! Thank you McDonalds for the switch in management“
“Since a MCD's is a MCD's what sets this one apart for me is the staff and the food has been hot. At the moment they're under construction for a face lift so I go to the MCD's on Huffman Mill Rd. Dining area for this MCD is rather small with little seating. May be what the face lift is about. I have found the staff knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to my questions. Good choice for a MCD's.“
