They never have anything ready on time. I have to park almost every time and wait for something simple like fries on mcchicken or a snack wrap. This happens on a weekly basis. Go to the one on university.
This location is amazing. Even on a busy night like tonight (July 3rd) the worker was able to take our order with kindness and repeated back to make sure it was accurate. This gives us hope that customer service is not dead in the fast food industry. Thank you.
