I was initially worried to go to this location due to its reviews, but I did. I have a dairy allergy and the lady taking my order was the most helpful when it came to navigating the menu and making sure everything I received was safe for me to eat. She went above and beyond when double checking the ingredient list on the products. Will be coming back!

I have seen so many negative reviews that I was worried to try this place again. But I am glad I came. I ordered a chicken toaster combo. Yes it took about 8 minutes for my food but the lady at the front counter Erika told me it would be coming fresh and it most definitely was. They were pretty busy in the dining room so I did not have a problem waiting. I could see that they probably needed extra help though since there was only the lady and a guy in the back working.
