I had an issue with my order yesterday and called several times but couldn't get anyone. So, I decided to drive over and go to the drive-thru window and ask for a manager just to let them know what happened. Isaiah was the one I spoke with today and he was very adamant about making everything right for me. He was very kind, caring and took great care of me. It took forever to get our food. Ran out of chicken but like nobody else was even in there. We went about 7pm. One piece of my chicken was still old. Dirty rice wasn't too fresh either.
