I commend the employees who work at this establishment. They only had 4 employees working when I went in. They were doing their best to keep everything going as normal.
I went thru drive thru. Very rude, gave me food with no bag. I ask for a bag and he said we don’t have any. I saw bags right behind him. Also, have me no receipt. Will NEVER go back there again. Someone with that attitude doesn't need to work with the public!!!??? Good was sad. Chicken supremes were so small and burnt that it hurt my mouth to eat them. The dirty rice was old!!!!

The “manager” was so rude. He literally slammed the window in my face while I was explaining that there was no reason for me to pull into a parking spot to wait on my food. I was explaining that since there were no other cars in the drive thru, I would just wait at the window until another car pulled up behind me, then I would gladly move. Clearly this guy was having a bad day or was it just a tantrum because I wasn’t following his “orders”? I’m the patron, not an employee of the tatted brat.

There's no way the chicken should be old, luke warm and dried out at 10:30am! You don't start serving chicken until 10:30am! Horrible location!

I give four stars as the highest ranking a fast food restaurant can have- as ranking a fast food restaurant as a five star restaurant is absurd.
I understand it's not the 90s anymore when a 4 piece supremes meal was $5.50 with tax. But if you're going to charge more at least keep the portions the same. This was a 3 piece supremes meal, with the smallest pieces I've ever seen. Basically $9.60 for 3 chicken nuggets.

Came here around 7-8pm and the food and staff was ATROCIOUS. The first thing that happened was we had been waiting in the drive thru line for about 10-15 minutes and when we finally pull up to order, they tell us that they can’t take card through the drive thru. That didn’t make any sense but whatever, we backed up out of the drive thru line and decided to go inside to order. Once we got inside, staff was joking around in the kitchen, screaming, yelling, laughing, throwing stuff and we waited 10-15 for someone to take our order yet again. Because the staff kept goofing off, we didn’t get our food until 30 minutes after we ordered. Our biscuits were burnt, our soda was bland because they hadn’t replaced the syrup, and chicken was not cooked properly. Management needs to rethink and retrain their staff, it was absolutely unacceptable. I know it’s fast food, but it’s still a place of business and the staff was acting like they were at a party.
