Employees need to be better trained - their ignorance is costing the location money. An employee tried to make me buy two drinks instead of simply changing one to a larger size for an upcharge.
I don’t generally leave comments, especially for McDonald’s, but today had really great service. The lady that took our order was super nice and helped us out when we had issues with the app. Food came out quick and fresh.
Staff were patient, friendly, and helpful. The store was clean and they were the air vents.
