I’ve recommend y’all don’t eat this McDonald’s me and my family got food poisoning from eating this last night I don’t know if someone is washing their hands or someone is sick and not in touching the food without no gloves on but we feel awful this McDonald’s for my opinion gets 1 star … my poor three-year-old. Can’t stop going to the bathroom and he’s throwing up. My boyfriend is throwing up and I’m doing the same with upset stomach but I mean this is ridiculous. They should not be allowed to touch peoples feet without no gloves on or without washing their hands or having somebody there sick one star in my book.

In this drive thru last week and ordered a large mocha frappe with no whip cream. $5.33. I was handed a half full cup. I asked why so little and was told this is what you get with no whip cream. Went to another McD the next day, ordered the same, got a full cup under $5. So if you want half an order for a lot of money go to the University Drive location. I won't be there though.

I had an interview today at 9am which the interviewer set up. I waited for 30 minutes and when I asked how much longer would I have to wait the response I got was I can either continue to wait or leave. I felt like that was really rude and unprofessional. I didn't set the time or the day and I would have been willingly to wait but they were be very rude.

The light skinned girl at the window with the bad attitude and dry, crunchy looking "edges", idk if she's a manager or not, should not have a job in customer service. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her or live with her. What a fawking nightmare of a person. I understand being understaffed. Everyone is understaffed. But you still have to be respectful towards your employees and customers. With an attitude like that, I'm surprised nobody has yanked you through the drive thru window yet. I sure hope your day gets better ?

First i will state it is mcdonalds what can you expect, but wow two mcdoubles and a burger gets turned into a sloppy greasy mess. I was also handed a flat drink without any ice. I understand a wait but the food was bad and cold. I am trying to figure out if they tired to refreeze the cooked food for me or if the oven broke. No wonder the hamburglar isn't around anymore. Ba da ba ba avoid it!
We went on a pretty busy morning and the employees were all very calm and collective, still making sure to acknowledge all their regulars despite what a huge rush they had! Our food was hot and ready in no time and the play area was kept up and very clean.

I'm not sure if they're short staff or not properly trained but I have been in the drive thru line & parking space #2 for 35 minutes so far and have yet to receive my meal of a McDouble & 4 piece nuggets! The employees bringing out the food to the cars don't even know which car the orders go to. This is ridiculous & unacceptable.
