Just went through the drive through and the two ladies working the window were the most pleasant employees I have ever encountered at McDonald’s….smiles,singing,and polite conversation with me……this experience was wonderful!!! Do whatever you can to keep these two-every McDonald’s needs employees working the drive through like this!!!!
This MacDonald is staffed by teens in the afternoon and they play to much I order from this MacDonald 4 times a week for my children as a snack on the way to there different activities and about 1 out of every 4 they forget something or get the order wrong I have to actually set at the window and check everything each time

Due to the lack of customer service. But today I was in a hurry and had no choice. Nikki took my order, and when I tell you her professionalism is another level. Please protect Nikki at all cost! She made my day with her smile. Nikki is the prime example of what customer service should be.💯
