I ordered breakfast on uber eats and they forgot the chicken biscuit and there was a bite taken out of one of the hashbrowns. The bags were sealed so I know it couldn't have been the uber eats driver. I don't leave reviews just because they forgot a food item but I can't believe someone took a bite of the food. That's disgusting.

They constantly mess up orders and you always end up having to go back but usually I don't find out till I get home and I'm not going back so now I go to a different McDonald'
The drive-through customer service was so rude and there was asking 50 Cent just for one wrench. i’ll never buy food again from this McDonald’s.

I opened up my sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and all I received was 2 McGriddle buns…highly irritated.

Order was for 3 McDoubles without cheese, pickles and onions. Receipt reflects as well. Got home and had only one special ordered McDouble and everything else covered in cheese. Contacted the store And was told I could put the food back in my vehicle and return it. GAS IS NOT FREE and the next time I will be back in Glen Raven will be next Thursday. The lesson learned is to stay away from this McDonald’s as they have gotten the last dollar I plan to spend with this location.
