I went to this McDonalds and placed a mobile order. The Hispanic lady in back cash. Was on the phone she handed me the receipt and shut the window so fast. I thought customer service was important. I know back in the days at this particular McDonalds it used to be. She didn’t even part her mouth to acknowledge me. It’s a shame how the world has changed.
Weird kinda drive thru but the service and food was hot and good.
We received exceptional service today from Maria Cruz! After we finished our food, Maria went above and beyond by coming to our table to check if we needed anything else. The food was hot and fresh. We had already thrown away our receipt so I could not do the regular survey. But I wanted to let you know that Maria is exceptional. Thanks Maria!!

This McDonald's is clean and in great shape, offering a better experience to Burlington. The people who work here are friendly and always happy, but the young man taking orders did not seem very engaged. Customers can use the Wi-Fi all day long without any issues, and the restaurant is kid-friendly, with birthday parties and wheelchair accessibility.
The food is hot and fresh every time, and customers are loving it. However, the ice cream/shake machine is often down. The location is always very busy, especially during mid-day, which can lead to long wait times. Inside, the staff can be focused on drive-thru and mobile orders, making it hard to get acknowledged right away. There are kiosks available for ordering, and sometimes there are homeless people in the area, particularly at night, which is a downside. Nonetheless, the orders are always correct.
