McDonald's in Greensboro

“I pass three McDonald's to come to this one. The staff is friendly, most of them know my name and my special order. Kim Monique, Rudy and the little lady in the front are amazing. Love the morning crew even the new people are getting to know me and are polite and pretty efficient?“

“Hot food and friendly employees. I was greeted by a college student while walking through the door. Aggie Pride was ALL I heard due to my key chain!! He's a student and im an alumni! Hot delicious food and educational conversation. Many family were eating inside!“

“We’ve used this McDonald’s location twice now for a kindergarten class, ordering 17 Happy Meals at a time—and both experiences have been outstanding.

Since the kids eat lunch early, we had to place the order ahead of time and pick it up before lunch hours. Both times we called the night before, and they had everything perfectly organized and ready to go. The first time, I’ll admit we were a little nervous about such a large order—but they nailed it. No mistakes, everything correct.

We recently did it again, and it was just as smooth. Everything was boxed up, ready on time, and they even helped carry it out to the car.

I’m honestly really impressed with how consistent and reliable this team has been. Handling 17 meals without an issue is no small thing. Great service all around.“

“Pretty consistent as long as you order ahead. Just like every other McDonald's it's almost impossible to get service in stores. But because I never order at the counter it's not an issue for me but I have seen people struggle to get the attention of coworkers because they often will turn their backs as people walk in. That's not just this McDonald's so that's every McDonald's lately i guess it's a corporate thing to get people to gravitate towards the kiosk and the app but it's noticeable nonetheless. 🤔😂“

“Pleasantly surprised. Compared to most of the McDonald’s, this one is worth revisiting. Workers were very polite, kind, and responded in fairly short times. The play zone was clean and my grandchildren had a blast. The whole order was correct and there was not a long wait.“

“Can you believe that the girls at the window know my voice and face for coming by so often, like every morning ?. I always get my decaffeinated coffee ☕️, using the best easiest application, the McDonald's app, that give me awards and my coffee ☕️ for only 99 cents, every day. “Stopped in for sweet tea's only went inside because the drive through was so long, wish I hadn't gone in. It was very warm inside in the lobby/Dining Room but while standing there waiting I witnessed two food runners wiping sweat from their brow, face and neck and then handling the food sent up from the food prepares. Three team members could be overheard complaining of the heat, and that they where threatening to leave, so not sure if it is a equipment malfunction or a choice to have higher A/C setting but it was a bit unsettling, glad I guess I didn't order any food.“

“The majority of the time fast and friendly even with long line. It usually moves steadily. The food is good. I usually mostly do breakfast. I love mcgriddles. My other favorites are Bic Macs, double cheeseburger, mcdouble, and the chicken sandwich. The thing I LOVE most about McDonalds is I can get a cup of coffee 24/7. With cooler weather coming on its a must have. Other fast foods only during breakfast hours and sometimes they've run out and don't want to make more cos it's close to breakfast over and lunch beginning.“

“Kiki had great customer service and I’d come back again. She was very professional. I had patience and repeated my order back to me to ensure that I had everything correct. If you want fast service, you better hope that Kiki is there.“

“Went to the Runarounds concert and we decided to get the food before the concert ends for us and the kids... We ordered alot of food and I have to say.
I have never had an order that big that came out perfect... The wonderful lady working the drive through did awesome and the staff that gave me the for was awesome 👍“

“Stopped here on the way home from a funeral not for food but to use the restroom and I couldn't get out of the pants I had on because the zipper had gotten caught on the liner down on inside of the inseam and the fact that this was a side zipper didn't help matters at all. Luckily there was another lady in the restroom who came to my rescue who just so happened to be a McDonald's employee and even though she had to literally rip the zipper in order to get it undone I am truly grateful. Because there is no way I would have made it the hour drive home without having a accident. Note to self when getting the zipper repaired make sure that the inseam will remain flat.“

“So I’m A 12-year-old and I walked over to this McDonald’s and so I had four bucks and I ordered one large dirty Dr Pepper and This girl gave it to me super fast and also she gave it to me for free 🆓 They had very very nice staff and then it’s just a great place five stars if you’re near this you should 100% always go to this one“

“I picked up breakfast for my husband using the mobile app shortly before breakfast ended. By the time I got home and realized the order had been made incorrectly breakfast was over. My husband ended up calling the wrong location and it became kind of confusing for everyone trying to get this resolved. Finally, a manager named Maria reached out and she was an absolute pleasure. She handled the issue professionally and also with kindness which is sometimes hard to come by in fast food management. She was incredibly sweet to my son and that meant a lot to me. She was just wonderful and deserved some recognition“

“This is the best McDonalds I’ve been in a while. I have little kids so McDs is always popular with them but sadly most of them are very dirty and with pretty bad service. Also now very few of them have a play place. This one has a nice play place, it is clean, and service is good.“

“I go to this location often and sometimes I have issues with the managers at this location but manager Julissa (might’ve spelt her name wrong) listened snd she fixed the problem kindly and professionally and she should be given a raise!“

“It would be nice when this thing pops up it needs to tell me what McDonald's were talking about cuz I go to numerous ones but anyways I go mainly for their diet coke but anyways their food don't ever do good with me I don't care for their food and they're open 24 hours that's not a good thing about McDonald's or open 24 hours in a lot of places and they have a variety of foods Forrest quality of food I don't care about McDonald's food at all just their diet coke“
