McDonald's in Greensboro

“I used to come here back in 2016 when i worked close by here and some other times too but everytime i come here its the best around …came here to grab breakfast this morning …almost close to quitting time for breakfast and my biscuit wasn’t old or cold …love yall and appreciate all you do“

“Hot food and friendly employees. I was greeted by a college student while walking through the door. Aggie Pride was ALL I heard due to my key chain!! He's a student and im an alumni! Hot delicious food and educational conversation. Many family were eating inside!“

“Pretty consistent as long as you order ahead. Just like every other McDonald's it's almost impossible to get service in stores. But because I never order at the counter it's not an issue for me but I have seen people struggle to get the attention of coworkers because they often will turn their backs as people walk in. That's not just this McDonald's so that's every McDonald's lately i guess it's a corporate thing to get people to gravitate towards the kiosk and the app but it's noticeable nonetheless. 🤔😂“

“We’ve used this McDonald’s location twice now for a kindergarten class, ordering 17 Happy Meals at a time—and both experiences have been outstanding.

Since the kids eat lunch early, we had to place the order ahead of time and pick it up before lunch hours. Both times we called the night before, and they had everything perfectly organized and ready to go. The first time, I’ll admit we were a little nervous about such a large order—but they nailed it. No mistakes, everything correct.

We recently did it again, and it was just as smooth. Everything was boxed up, ready on time, and they even helped carry it out to the car.

I’m honestly really impressed with how consistent and reliable this team has been. Handling 17 meals without an issue is no small thing. Great service all around.“

“I must say this is the best McDonald's that I have been to in Triad area. I usually visit the location before dialysis, There is never a time that I've went there and the restaurant was dirty. The staff are always so nice and helpful. And they are consistent with the quality of three food that they serve no matter how busy they may be. Your served in a timely manner no matter how busy they are also. Their posted as maintaining a 100% perfect score from the health department and they deserve every bit of that score. Thank You for providing a contactable place to eat before dialysis in the morning. Keep up the great service.“

“Can you believe that the girls at the window know my voice and face for coming by so often, like every morning ?. I always get my decaffeinated coffee ☕️, using the best easiest application, the McDonald's app, that give me awards and my coffee ☕️ for only 99 cents, every day. Of course McDonald's is a national chain, but this place always greets you with a local smile and thank you“

“This McDonald's is way better than the one on Westridge road! I always get fresh French Fries. 🍟 My sandwich 🥪 was fresh and delicious. It's a lil further for me than West ridge Rd. It's worth it! Inside is always clean and nice, the restrooms are very clean as well.“

Today my toddler dropped his drink close to the end of it and was not handling it well as it was nap time and they had been playing over an hour.
Out of the kindness of her heart, one of the employees made him a small drink before we left, and all she wanted was to make him smile. It truly made his day and mine. I appreciate the kindness and am truly humbled for the best outing all week.“

“Stopped here on the way home from a funeral not for food but to use the restroom and I couldn't get out of the pants I had on because the zipper had gotten caught on the liner down on inside of the inseam and the fact that this was a side zipper didn't help matters at all. Luckily there was another lady in the restroom who came to my rescue who just so happened to be a McDonald's employee and even though she had to literally rip the zipper in order to get it undone I am truly grateful. Because there is no way I would have made it the hour drive home without having a accident. Note to self when getting the zipper repaired make sure that the inseam will remain flat.“

“Went to the Runarounds concert and we decided to get the food before the concert ends for us and the kids... We ordered alot of food and I have to say.
I have never had an order that big that came out perfect... The wonderful lady working the drive through did awesome and the staff that gave me the for was awesome 👍“

“Kiki had great customer service and I’d come back again. She was very professional. I had patience and repeated my order back to me to ensure that I had everything correct. If you want fast service, you better hope that Kiki is there.“

“The majority of the time fast and friendly even with long line. It usually moves steadily. The food is good. I usually mostly do breakfast. I love mcgriddles. My other favorites are Bic Macs, double cheeseburger, mcdouble, and the chicken sandwich. The thing I LOVE most about McDonalds is I can get a cup of coffee 24/7. With cooler weather coming on its a must have. Other fast foods only during breakfast hours and sometimes they've run out and don't want to make more cos it's close to breakfast over and lunch beginning.“

“So I’m A 12-year-old and I walked over to this McDonald’s and so I had four bucks and I ordered one large dirty Dr Pepper and This girl gave it to me super fast and also she gave it to me for free 🆓 They had very very nice staff and then it’s just a great place five stars if you’re near this you should 100% always go to this one“

“We went to lunch with three young kids and had the best time. Deonte brought our food to us so quickly and was extremely sweet, patient, and helpful, offering the best service we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! ✨“

“Place is decent and clean. Nice area away from most residential sections. They are super slow at the drive through if you order a item thats not near ready. You will sit in your car for around 10 minutes every single time. Fast food is supposed to be fast, not pull up, parking, and wait 10 additional minutes.“

“I drove through during breakfast when it was busy. This McDonalds was SO FAST, even with my order that has substitutions. Not only were they working their tails off, providing exceptional service, both girls at the drive through windows were extremely friendly!“

“We often come to the restaurant for lunch and today we ordered some cookies, we waited a bit for them and a girl from the crew who is great, always very kind, if I remember correctly her name is called Monizia, she served us wonderfully and also gave us an apple pie for the wait. Congratulations to her and the whole crew.“
