“Shout out to Genesis for doing her absolute best to make sure all of my order was there, and that I had plenty of sauce to pair it with. She walked to my car four times and was still extremely nice throughout our whole interaction. With her speed and customer service I would trust her with my life, maybe even my kids. Thank you Genesis I hope they give you a raise.“

“This is one of the best McDonald’s around. Their food is consistently better than most. Their service is above and beyond. All their staff seem like they enjoy what they do and are polite and thankful. I call up here about once a month to order a bunch of biscuits for my employees and they always have them ready right on time.“

“It's almost completely unheard of to be giving McDonald's 5 stars. But, with this location I was very impressed. Not only was the food fresh and delicious but the man at the first window had us smiling and laughing. I wish we remembered his name but he had cool chains on. But, wow, great location and greet people.“

“This location is a special place. My grandpa who had Alzheimer’s would frequent this location for breakfast. They would always treat him with lots of respect and fondness. After he passed the workers still recognized my grandmother and offered their condolences- it really made an impact to us for their compassion.

I came here to get food for my grandma today and asked for a change in how the mobile order was submitted. The worker who took my request was SO kind. Didn’t seem annoyed at all like so many drive thru workers do these days. The food was great but the service is what made my experience great. 10/10 to the workers here!“

“Friendly. One of the best late night McDonald's in the triad. Service is fast circa 10pm and through MN. Coffee isn't caught into the cup before it's year🙄, or handed through there window cold🤐😒, making it undrinkable. Good coffee, usually fresh, always hot. My food is always hot, juicy and not heat dried in the warmer. I'm rarely asked to pull around, but if they do, it's not for but a few minutes (5, at must, one time), and someone is on top of bringing my food, or coffee. I'm a night shift nurse. I needed those 2 cups of coffee. I don't require much, but this McDonald's is always on the ball when I come through.“

“Stopped by for a quick meal and had a good experience overall. The food was fresh, the order was accurate, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the service was reasonably fast, even during a busy time. The only area for improvement would be consistency with wait times, but overall it's a reliable place to grab a quick bite and I'll be back.“

“This review is for the Big Arch Burger! What can I say…it is the ish!
I had one yesterday afternoon as I have been waiting for the release of this new burger (as a burger connoisseur) ☺️. It exceeded my expectations. The burger patties were seasoned just right. The buns were soft. The tangy sauce, crispy onions, and white cheddar took this over the edge! I would definitely have another one in the near future. However, it is such a huge burger that once you eat one, you will not eat anything else for the remainder of the day 😂 McDonalds needs to keep this iconic burger on the menu indefinitely!!“

“Went through the drive through tonight for some drinks and fries - The young lady, Destiny, at the window was so sweet. She had such a positive spirit. Our quick interaction with her made our night. I pray this location treats her right, if I wasn’t from out of town I’d come back just because of her great customer service/positive energy.“
