“This is one of the best McDonald’s around. Their food is consistently better than most. Their service is above and beyond. All their staff seem like they enjoy what they do and are polite and thankful. I call up here about once a month to order a bunch of biscuits for my employees and they always have them ready right on time.“

“Shout out to Genesis for doing her absolute best to make sure all of my order was there, and that I had plenty of sauce to pair it with. She walked to my car four times and was still extremely nice throughout our whole interaction. With her speed and customer service I would trust her with my life, maybe even my kids. Thank you Genesis I hope they give you a raise.“

“The food was hot and fresh and service was good. The restaurant was a little messier than I think it should've been, and they have a problem with vagrants and dealers. As I ate I saw someone passed out under the tree in the parking lot and someone who made two weird sells of something out of a backpack in the parking lot. Made me get out of there fast. One lady who looked like she was completely out of her mind on something going all through the dining room talking to herself, then she went outside and bought something from the girl with the backpack and left.“

“This location is a special place. My grandpa who had Alzheimer’s would frequent this location for breakfast. They would always treat him with lots of respect and fondness. After he passed the workers still recognized my grandmother and offered their condolences- it really made an impact to us for their compassion.

I came here to get food for my grandma today and asked for a change in how the mobile order was submitted. The worker who took my request was SO kind. Didn’t seem annoyed at all like so many drive thru workers do these days. The food was great but the service is what made my experience great. 10/10 to the workers here!“

“I am visiting from out of town and I came through at about 430 in the morning. Judy was absolutely phenomenal. Seriously so incredible and kind and really one of the best McDonald's experiences I've ever had. Shout out to Judy, thank you for being so nice, you're a light! 🧡“

“Friendly. One of the best late night McDonald's in the triad. Service is fast circa 10pm and through MN. Coffee isn't caught into the cup before it's year🙄, or handed through there window cold🤐😒, making it undrinkable. Good coffee, usually fresh, always hot. My food is always hot, juicy and not heat dried in the warmer. I'm rarely asked to pull around, but if they do, it's not for but a few minutes (5, at must, one time), and someone is on top of bringing my food, or coffee. I'm a night shift nurse. I needed those 2 cups of coffee. I don't require much, but this McDonald's is always on the ball when I come through.“

“Stopped by for a quick meal and had a good experience overall. The food was fresh, the order was accurate, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the service was reasonably fast, even during a busy time. The only area for improvement would be consistency with wait times, but overall it's a reliable place to grab a quick bite and I'll be back.“

“They have improved but I'm still scared to go in and get a refill after I've gone to the drive through. A year ago they literally pounced on me And treated me like I was homeless Ava had cooties. Telling me not to touch anything. Never at any McDonald's had that ever happened, ever. They have become friendlier.“

Many fast food workers lack a caring spirit. I value quality customer service and respect the most as a customer, and this guy shines on both. Hopefully you realize what a gem you have here. Give this guy a raise and protect him at all costs!“

“Went through the drive through tonight for some drinks and fries - The young lady, Destiny, at the window was so sweet. She had such a positive spirit. Our quick interaction with her made our night. I pray this location treats her right, if I wasn’t from out of town I’d come back just because of her great customer service/positive energy.“

“I’ve never went out of my way to review a McDonald’s but the manager there is truly incredible. She made each customer and table feel welcomed and had what they needed! She was so attentive, kind, and honestly made me want to go back only to this location in the future. Props to her and management needs to recognize her value!
